To open and maintain an Account on ns2121, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:
ns2121 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible individuals will be suspended immediately and funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each Member may hold only one Account on ns2121. Opening duplicate, additional, or replacement accounts is strictly prohibited. If ns2121 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, and balances in excess of net deposits may be voided. Intentional duplicate-account registration to circumvent bonus restrictions constitutes fraud and may result in permanent ban and referral to law enforcement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your profile promptly if any information changes. ns2121 shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information, including incorrect bank account numbers provided for withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ns2121 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and selecting a strong, unique password. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any entitlements thereto to any other person, whether for consideration or otherwise.
ns2121 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 500,000 or, at our discretion, at any earlier point. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

Accounts where KYC is incomplete or where submitted documents are found to be forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent will be permanently suspended, and all funds may be seized. ns2121 may share evidence of fraudulent documentation with relevant law enforcement authorities.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ns2121 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
All transactions on ns2121 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Members are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution if their account operates in a different currency.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ns2121 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to each offer ("Specific Bonus Terms"). In the event of a conflict, the Specific Bonus Terms prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the Specific Bonus Terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from bonus credit date). Incomplete rollovers expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
Participation in the ns2121 VIP program, including tier progression, cashback rates, and associated perks, is subject to ongoing eligibility review. ns2121 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier requirements, cashback rates, and benefits at any time. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement to any specific reward.
All sports betting wagers, including t hose placed on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other markets available on ns2121, are governed by the sporting event rules current at the time the bet is accepted. Bets are only valid once confirmed by ns2121's system with a bet reference number. Verbal instructions, screenshots, or unconfirmed submissions do not constitute valid wagers.
ns2121 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced, where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, or where the outcome was known at the time of placement. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a payout; any void selection reduces the accumulator by that leg. Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets follow standard international bookmaking rules.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and number-draw games such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes. ns2121 accepts no liability for losses incurred in the normal course of gameplay.

Where a round is incomplete and no outcome has been recorded, the stake will be refunded to the Member's Account balance within 24 hours.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. ns2121 operates under valid sublicense agreements with all content providers.
Members grant ns2121 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display anonymized or aggregated gameplay data for the purposes of platform analytics, marketing (e.g., anonymized jackpot winner announcements), and service improvement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ns2121 and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ns2121's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the net real-money deposits made by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rp 10,000,000.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all wagering requirements have been satisfied and no AML hold is in place.
ns2121 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; confirmed or suspected fraud; AML or KYC compliance failures; technical abuse; regulatory requirements; or at the sole operational discretion of ns2121 management.
Upon termination for breach, ns2121 reserves the right to withhold any balance in excess of net real-money deposits. Any Bonus Funds credited prior to termination are automatically forfeited. Obligations that by their nature survive termination—including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law—shall remain in full force.
